If you close your eyes and listen closely you may still hear the clatter of horses’ hooves and the rattle of wood wheels as the stagecoach slowly makes its’ way along the trail. Nearly two hundred years later, Ed and Lynda Vanderpool have another vision for this gently rolling prairie land that is true to the frontier spirit that made Colorado a great place to live, work and raise their families.

"When we first saw this property we knew that it would be a perfect place for small horse properties with the advantage of being close to Arapahoe Race Track and the new Arapahoe Fairgrounds," Ed explained. "Not only that, but here you have the best of both worlds, the advantage of living in the country, yet close to the city," Lynda added.

In real estate, location is the key; Stage Springs Ranch is just 25 minutes from Denver International Airport and E-470, close to Strasburg and 23 miles from the intersection of E-470 and Quincy. The 640 acre plot is divided into 18 homesteads of 35 acres each and start in the low $400,000s, including the home, making it one of the best real estate values in the metro area. "There really just are not many affordable horse properties anymore and when we found this site we knew immediately the potential it had to fill that niche in the market. It wasn’t long before they found a niche in horse properties. The partnership was a natural with Ed handling the acquisition and sales side and Lynda concentrating on marketing. Over the years they have become a force in Colorado real estate and most specifically in the luxury home and horse property market. And no wonder with the kind of vision and marketing savvy they are exhibiting in developing Stage Springs Ranch.
