We consider our pets our family and family is a huge consideration when buying or selling a home. Size of yard, fencing, protection from weather, "doggie" (or "kitty") door access are some of the questions to be addressed when buying.
You must also consider your pets when selling your home - where can they be during showings? Some people are nervous around (or simply don't like) dogs, or are allergic to cats.
And while you may think your pet snake is adorable, it could cause a potential buyer to go running out the door!
Selling can be a stressful time for you - think of what it's like to have a parade of strangers wandering through your pets' home - when you're not even there! We're here to help you (and your furry friends) cope. Click here to meet Aspen and Frye!
More & more people are enjoying the company of pets here.
Colorado is even considering legislation that would raise the status pets from chattel (property) to companion status!
In metro Denver there are many walking paths to enjoy (sharing with coyotes, foxes, etc). There are some off-leash dog parks so our pets can run & play freely with their friends! Higlands Ranch is one area that is embracing our furry friends! See this link to find out more about dogs in Highlands Ranch
